Two humans, one motorbike, no destination, no time limit. We’ve been exploring the world together for over 20 years, and somewhere along the way, the road became home.
Our story
20 years,
one direction.
It started in 2004, two people, a shared curiosity, and the stubborn belief that the world is best understood from the ground, at slow speed. Over the years we’ve backpacked, hitchhiked, road-tripped and volunteered across 75 countries together.
In 2021, we spun a bottle on a map. It pointed somewhere west. We loaded up Falkor, our luck dragon motorbike, and left Switzerland without a return date. That was over 4.5 years ago.
We don’t chase itineraries. We follow conversations, detours, and the occasional wrong turn that turns out to be the right one. Slow travel isn’t a style, it’s the only way we know how to really be somewhere.
The current journey

Since 2021, Falkor has carried us across 45 countries — from the Atlantic coast of Portugal to the tropical roads of Southeast Asia. Every border crossing is a new chapter; every stranger, a potential friends.
The thread running through it all? Skills for skills. We trade our time, knowledge and creativity for local expertise, a roof, a meal, a story. It’s the economy of the road — and it’s the most human thing we’ve ever done.
